2021: Creation of a fund

In October 2021, it became known about the creation by the managing company KSP Capital Asset Management (KSP Capital UA)  of the H2O Vitality Closed Mutual Fund (ZPIF). It is designed to invest in a federal network of health centers.

This is written by Vedomosti with reference to the general director of KSP Capital UA Vyacheslav Ismailov. According to him, about 30 individuals have already shown a desire to take part in the fund.

In Russia, created a fund for 23.6 billion rubles for investments in health centers

According to the presentation of the ZPIF, which was at the disposal of the publication, the total investments of all shareholders will amount to 23.6 billion rubles. It is assumed that these funds will be spent on the construction of various facilities, including small aquatermal complexes in sleeping areas, health centers with pools and a country hotel with a medical center. The first complex is being built in Yekaterinburg by October 8, 2021.

Shareholders are promised a high yield - more than 30% per annum. Industry experts interviewed by the publication doubt that  even against the background of the coronavirus pandemic, COVID-19 which spurred interest in such objects,  it will be possible to achieve such an indicator. Director for alternative investments of the Criminal Code Alpha Capital Andrei Bogdanov considers the payback for 7-10 years and the return at the level of 7-10% per year to be more real. Nevertheless, he considers investments in health centers extremely promising against the backdrop of a pandemic, because of which Russians began to take more care of health.^[1]
