2021: Implementation of the FSIS InStock module

InStock Technologies on October 11, 2021 announced the introduction of an integration module with the Honest Sign for the production of Abar. ABAR is a manufacturer of perfume products and household chemicals. In connection with the introduction of the mandatory marking of perfumes, the company was required to automate the marking with data matrix codes of a certain part of the product. InStock Technologies had the task of automating the process from requesting marking codes and putting them into circulation, to shipping products from the production warehouse. The module integratsiiinstock the FSIS fully solved problems necessary for the producer.

InStock The FGIS monitors the movement of the CM, controls the printing of barcodes, controls aggregation and other operations related to the transfer of data to the Honest SIGN.

In order to ensure that the process of product labeling is carried out as efficiently and accurately as possible, the integration of the FGIS InStock with the PAK and ERP of the customer is carried out.

The process of marking perfume products in production begins with ordering codes. Using the FGIS InStock, codes are ordered in the GIS MT exactly according to the production tasks, in the required quantity.

InStock The FGIS automatically monitors the shelf life of the use of marking codes, this eliminates all delays on the part of the Honest Sign when exchanging data.

The FGIS InStock module, through integration with PAK, controls the printing of labels for the product batches of each production job.

For aggregation of InStock FSIS automatically calculates necessary quantity of boxes, a pallet and the necessary number of the SSCC codes for them are generated. The tasks of the module include data exchange with the MT GIS. At the right time, the module sends reports on posting, entering into sales, decommissioning for various reasons and on transferring products to another TIN.

All data on operations with CM and aggregation are stored in the local database of Module. They can be viewed both in the section of operations and separately by KM/SSCC. This ensures accurate operation with the CM and data transmission to the GIS of the MT. At any time you can get information about each KM of manufactured products and further movement in the warehouse.

As a result of the implementation of the FSIS InStock, the processes and exchanges with the MT GIS from the KM order to the shipment of finished products from the warehouse are automated.
