On October 11, 2021, it became known that UGMK-Telecom completed the first stage of automation of the site of the chemical and metallurgical workshop of Uralelectromed JSC for the processing of antimony concentrate PSCM.

The company's specialists automated the process line of the intermediate stage of antimony production, which produces antimony-tin concentrate. software visualization A set of pre-commissioning works was written, set up and carried out specifically to ensure the technological process.

Uninterrupted operation of the line remotely from the AWS is monitored by the operator, who can set the set points and monitor the progress of the process. In fact, the process is controlled by automation, and the person only makes sure that there are no deviations in the operation of the equipment. The original product is loaded and passes through all stages of the cycle automatically. The technician reports the start and end of each production run.

We implemented a comprehensive APCS project, including the integration of the system into the previous technological cycle, as well as the future expansion of the system.
