The Sibur holding builds a SCM system

Within the large project implemented in Sibur holding on supply chain management software products of the Aris platform which are used for modeling and the analysis of business processes on all supply chain are implemented. Software products are delivered by Software AG & IDS Scheer company.

The petrochemical holding started the project of supply chain management at the end of 2009. The project is implemented for the purpose of reduction of logistic costs, optimization of level of warehouse stocks of raw materials and finished goods and also improvement of customer service.

The project provides centralization of control functions by supply chains, since purchase of primary raw materials and finishing with the product delivery to end consumers (excepting SIBUR-Russian Tyres and SIBUR Minudobrenie subsidiary companies which do not enter limits of the project).

The methodical help in project implementation is rendered by the international company Accenture having considerable experience of accomplishment of similar projects. Within dannoro the project audit of quality of business process modeling in the environment of ARIS will be also performed.

Project completion is planned for the end of 2010. By estimates of specialists of the client, the possible financial effect of implementation of new processes of SCM can be more than 1 billion rubles a year.
