ChronoPay will construct the system of management accounting

In the Russian representative office of ChronoPay the project on creation of an automated system of management accounting using the software product "Homnet started: IFRS" and Budgeting and Treasury blocks on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The project is executed by Homnet Consulting company.

The information system of the company was initially based based on the 1C: Accounting 7 software product which allowed the client to keep accounting and tax accounting and to prepare the regulated reporting.

However over time the existing functions of a system became insufficiently. Besides, there was a need to quickly prepare the reporting for acceptance of management decisions together with head office of the company in Amsterdam. Therefore the company management made the decision on implementation of the specialized software product for automation of management accounting.

Within the project it is going to automate accounting in two functional currencies, to implement the mechanism of formation of standard reports, to automate formation of the consolidated statements on groups of legal entities, to automate formation of requests for payment and planned cash receipts, to develop the mechanism of automatic control of the current payments, to automate formation of comparative plan-fact reports. Upon completion of project works user training will be provided.
