"Computers and Networks" completed the next stage of the project of centralized support of 1000 users 1C "FKP Rosreestr"

2021: Transition to centralized user support for accounting and tax accounting

The implementation center "Computers and Networks" on October 15, 2021 announced the completion of the next stage of the project of centralized support for users of 83 branches and the Central Office of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr." Since January 2021, with the help of VC Computers and Networks, the central office and branches have switched to centralized user support in terms of accounting and tax accounting, payroll and personnel accounting (1C: Budget Institution Accounting, 1C: Salary and personnel of a state institution, 1C: Trade management).

As part of the implementation of this stage, the specialists of the VC "Computers and Networks" completed the following tasks:

• participated in the organization of a single user support line "1C: Enterprise," established interaction with users in a new format;
• provided consulting, methodological assistance to users: 1C BSU and 1C: ZKSU in different regions RUSSIAN FEDERATION, including in different time zones;
• solved standard accounting problems and replicated solutions to other users of the Federal Law Service of Rosreestr in different regions of the Russian Federation;
• solved atypical problems on individual calls of users;
• completed the finalization of printed forms, created automated reports for operational and analytical, management forms, completed the tasks of expanding the distinction of access rights for users, created processing for financial and management analysis;
• supported 1C: BSU and 1C: ZKSU configurations in current condition, and also set up exchanges between 1C configurations.

The implementation center "Computers and Networks" plans to continue work on the project of centralized support for users of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr." In October 2021, the next stage begins, within the framework of which new tasks of user support and development of Customer's information systems will be solved.
