Texas Nafta Industries completed the project of automation of a MRO

The Texas Nafta Industries company completed an implementation project of the information management system service maintenance of the pumping equipment on the basis of the software package Trim. The project was executed by ITM company.

For increase in level of service maintenance the Russian representative office of customer organization made the decision on implementation of an information system which will provide full support of management of service maintenance. The project started in February, 2010.

Within the project the complex of works including diagnostic inspection of processes of service maintenance and management of documentation, development of the project documentation (technical specifications, specifications on implementation), development of the regulations defining actions of users in TRIM at sale, service maintenance of pumps and also on management of office documentation is executed.

Forms of the analytical reports applied in an information system are developed, user training directly on the example of accomplishment of the approved and approved regulations is provided. In a system 12 employees of the client, including specialists of the company" Borneman Service" whose area of responsibility is service of the equipment installed at customers work. A system is put in operation in June, 2010.

Filling of the database information on the equipment which is on service maintenance and also completion of formation of base of the documents used in processes of the company will become a priority of the customer at an operational phase of a system. In the same time users will involve step by step a system in work planning of maintenance and repair of pumps, planning of resource ensuring works, accounting and the analysis of results of service, operation parameters (failures, defects) and in other tasks.
