This will allow us to attract funds for the construction of a scientific laboratory in the Vologda Oblast, which will be able not only to issue technology, but also working design documentation, to produce experimental and industrial installations, because without such a step it is impossible to prove the market prospects of the product, "he said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.

A laboratory for the production of edible bacteria is being created in Russia

The goal of growing strains of bacteria and microorganisms may be to improve the health and treatment of Russians. In total, at least 10 such specialized centers should be opened in the country, each of which will require investments in the amount of 200-300 million rubles, Mikhail Charny said.

According to him, one of the tasks FoodNet to create laboratory-technological design complexes, including equipment for culturing food microorganisms and bacteria, fodder protein, microbial gaprin, and so on.

Charny believes that in the next 15 years, food will appear in Russia that can relieve depression and improve psychoemotional health. He also expressed confidence that by this time the Russians will have a personal medical profile, taking into account the amino acid balance of the body and offering personalized nutrition.

According to the technologist, modified food products will be sold in supermarkets, and their cost will be comparable to the price of sports dietary supplements, and their purchase will not require a doctor's prescription due to the absence of overdose risks, since amino acids familiar to the human body in small concentrations will remain key elements.[1]
