Ventall manufactured metal structures for the construction of the building of the Avtotor assembly and logistics workshop

2021: Supply of Ventall steel structures for construction of assembly and logistics shop building

On October 15, 2021, Ventall Group of Companies announced that it had supplied about 3,000 tons of metal structures, 8,800 m2 of sandwich panels  and 52,000 m2 of profilist for the construction of the building of the assembly and logistics workshop with infrastructure facilities in Kaliningrad. The customer of the project was Avtotor, one of the largest automakers in Russia.

Specialists of the Ventall plant took on the task of designing a metal frame and enclosing structures of the building. The work was carried out in accordance with the content of section 4 "Structural and space-planning solutions" according to the Decree Governments of the Russian Federation of 16.02.2008 No. 87. Since the time customer made changes to the design of the building and the introductory data loads on the frame changed for the performance of the work, the project itself was changed several times. This was recommended by the Ventall plant as a manufacturer that responds flexibly to the changing needs of its partners.

All structures of future building of the building of the shop of assembly and logistics were made at the Ventall plant and put on the customer's object in the stipulated terms. Subsequent construction and installation work was carried out by Ventall partners.

"To deliver steel structures to the construction site, we completed more than 350 flights, while producing and shipping structures taking into account the wishes of the customer. We are sure that in the future we will be able to implement other projects for Avtotor, - noted Julia Shust, project manager of the Ventall plant.

As of mid-October 2021, the building building of the assembly and logistics workshop was mounted and is at the stage of interior decoration of the premises.
