Sber on October 15, 2021 announced the introduction of a decision-making algorithm to evaluate bidders' applications for bank guarantees. Innovative technology based on artificial intelligence is implemented on the electronic trading platform Sber A (part of the Sber ecosystem).

The machine learning model, which with high accuracy determines the probability of successful execution of state contracts, was developed on the basis of an analysis of impersonal data on millions of completed contracts posted in the Unified Information System of the Federal Contract System. Now, decisions on the issuance of bank guarantees received at the Sber A site to bidders are made on the basis of the recommendations of this model.
