"The military and memorial company" optimized conducting personnel records

"The military and memorial company" completed the project of automation of personnel records and payroll based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. The project was executed by the company Intk Alyans.

At the time of the beginning of the project different branches of the company already used automated systems of accounting based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 7.7. However, development, implementation and support of these systems was performed by remote divisions independently, proceeding from own requirements. Thus, in the company there were more than one hundred different automated systems working by individual rules. It significantly complicated collecting and the correct interpretation of data for preparation of the reporting under the company in general and also reduced confidence in the obtained data.

The company management raised a question of creation of an end-to-end system of process automation of management and accounting in all divisions. A new system should provide the general information space in scales of all company, conform to the uniform standards of accounting admitted to the companies, accelerate terms and improve quality of training of the regulated and management reporting and also make its preparation completely automatic.

For risk minimization, development of optimal approaches and techniques of implementation and also high-quality selection and testing of technical equipment, the decision to perform pilot implementation of the block of personnel records and payroll was made.

In a project deliverable more than 80 branches and subsidiaries of the company practically in all regions of Russia (120 jobs) are automated.

The new information system allowed to automate processes of opening and closing of separate divisions, personnel records, payroll. As a result of system implementation the set-up time of consolidated statements on all company was considerably reduced.
