2020: Introduction of a robotic system for communication with subscribers

On November 11, 2020, the company VS Robotics announced that the Western branch of PJSC Sberbank Moscow region and JSC "" Istra heating system entered into an agreement on the introduction robotic of a system at the enterprise for communicating with subscribers.

The robot operator, using technologies in the field of artificial intelligence, was developed by a subsidiary of Sber "ActivBusinessConsalt" (ABK), operating under the brand name VS Robotics.

Virtual the dispatcher is programmed to talk to the subscriber, generating answers based on their asked questions. This technology is designed to minimize the human factor, and reduce statistics on the facts of violation of the law in the dialogue. The robot can provide data debt, remind of the timing of payments, makes it possible to choose the amount of the contribution of funds and the date of payment.
