The poultry complex is being built as part of the expansion of the Damate to production turkey project. In total, 128 poultry houses will be commissioned at 4 sites in the region, in which Damate will invest more than 4.8 billion. rubles After reaching full capacity, the enterprise will produce a million turkey heads per year. In October 2021, the first 64 poultry houses are under construction in the Mokshansky district of the Penza region: 16 for raising chicks and 48 for fattening. In time construction and installation works, they make it possible to create a sealed thermal insulation circuit of the poultry house, which is not blown by the wind and does not have bridges of cold. These are optimal conditions for raising poultry.

For the second stage of delivery, to the remaining three poultry sites, Ventall offered sandwich panels with PIR filler, which have even higher characteristics. They are characterized by extremely low thermal conductivity, good bearing capacity, increased fire safety, resistance to moisture and thermal heating. The use of this material will reduce the thermal losses of the hulls and increase the operational reliability of the poultry complex.

The Damate project turned out to be one of the fairly responsible in the history of the company. Due to the fact that the poultry complex is of high social importance, the object receives increased attention from the local authorities. Accordingly, all project participants are subject to increased obligations. As of mid-October 2021, the Di Ferro plant supplies roofing and wall sandwich panels in the necessary volume so that the general contractor, Rukontraktor, conducts construction in accordance with the schedule. It is planned to complete all work at the end of 2022.
