Euphrates is implemented in NPO Verteks

In July, 2010 in NPO Verteks company system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation of EVFRAT of Cognitive Technologies company began. For project implementation at the developer were purchased the server in the Fast Start configurations and the right to simultaneous operation of 20 users.

For acceleration of process of approval of documents and increase in level of performing discipline the management of NPO Verteks made the decision to automate document flow and office-work of the company. After the analysis of several electronic document management systems presented at the Russian market, specialists of the company selected the EUPHRATES software product. The developed functionality of a system, simplicity of mastering and administration and also reasonable price became the pacing factors which defined such solution.

It is planned that as a result of system implementation of EVFRAT in NPO Verteks company registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, approval and mailing of internal documents, such as orders, agreements, accounts, technical regulations, etc. will be automated and also control of performing discipline using the mechanism of reports is organized. Further it is going to organize remote access to a system using web technologies.

The Fast Start configuration containing a set of standard elements allows to perform system implementation of EVFRAT without involvement of specialists of developer company.
