The project was carried out in a short time and involved the need to choose the most optimal solutions and succinctly integrate multimedia equipment into non-standard and complex room design. In the main meeting room, it was decided to abandon ceiling microphone arrays in favor of Shure MXA710 desktop microphones, which made it possible to achieve better sound quality for video conferencing in difficult acoustic conditions.

To optimize maintenance and maintenance costs, Infosystems Jet engineers have unified all meeting rooms in the office where the same sets of equipment have been installed.
