2021: Infor WFM Implementation

On October 27, 2021, Infor announced the implementation of the Infor WFM solution at the Lamoda Fullfilm Center.

Infor WFM will provide Lamoda with all the necessary tools for workforce management, work schedule planning, time and staff performance monitoring. The solution improves the quality and accuracy of budgeting and planning staff requirements, optimizes the scheduling of employees' work, automates the calculation of salaries and eliminates related errors, establishes a constant analysis of staff productivity and implements opportunities for timely adjustment of the personnel strategy.

The project for the implementation of Infor WFM in the Lamoda fullfilm center is implemented by one of Infor's partners in Russia - LT Management. The specialists of LT Management have already fulfilled the customer's requirements for creating mechanisms for working with temporary personnel, assessing the actual production for various categories of employees, integrating with corporate systems, including the access control and control system, time recording system, warehouse management system (WMS), etc.

Infor WFM will be integrated with all key enterprise systems as part of a unified warehouse operations management ecosystem. As of October 2021, we support the work of users of the system by accounting for working hours and continue to introduce a personnel planning module that will further increase the efficiency of managing the staff of the Fulfilment Center, "said Nikolai Oladov, head of LT Management.
