"The Minusinsk Brewery" completed the project of complex automation of reglamentirvoanny accounting based on the 1C: Accounting 8 system. The project is executed by Katran-PSK company.

The information system used earlier at the plant allowed to automate only partially necessary functions, such as, amount-based accounting of retail sales, tax accounting, accounting of the VAT and excises, cost accounting, operational inventory accounting, the analytical reporting for the guide to sales and a warehouse. Therefore in 2009 the decision on start of the new project of automation of financial and economic activity of the company was made.

Within the project sdeduyushchy sections of accounting are automated: accounting; management of fixed assets; management of settlement with partners; purchase management; accounting of inventory stocks (including multiturnover container); accounting of finished goods and management of sales processes; cash management; accounting of the VAT, calculation of excises and income tax; the regulated reporting.

In a project deliverable of costs of time for conducting tax accounting and preparation of the regulated reporting for the chief accountant decreased more than twice due to setting and system implementation of tax accounting. The director approving limit and intaking cards can control at any time the movement Inventories on responsible persons, and department of supply quickly to estimate a raw materials remaining balance in warehouses of the organization for smooth operation of production.

Taking into account industry specifics of the enterprise some documents are finished and the new printed forms connected with passing of control on security point and also documents and reports on acceptance of a container are implemented.

Due to automation the labor input of conducting accounting and tax accounting of goods in retail is reduced. The economic service of the enterprise had an opportunity in details to analyze product cost up to each cost element. The management of the enterprise had an opportunity to see the broad picture of a cost structure on released products that opened ways for effective cost optimization.

Calculation of an excise at wholesale and retail shipments is automated and reports are developed for check of correctness of calculation. The economic service of the enterprise and company management independently obtains operational information from the implemented system that allows to estimate profitability of each of the directions of production and to make strategic decisions on the most reasonable resource allocation.

The project is implemented in seven months. 20 jobs are automated.
