Network of O2 and Romashka_mobile cellular shops are integrated on the 1C: Enterprise platform

In Krasnoyarsk there began work the new retail network of mobile technologies "O2" and "Romashka_mobile". The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) finishes integration of 7 retail stores of network and central office of the customer into a common information space based on 1C:Enterprise 8. 37 jobs are automated. As a result the efficiency of a warehouse increased by 15%, commission trade is optimized, risks of a lost profit because of the wrong pricing are eliminated, expenses on conducting regulated accounting are twice cut down, accuracy of the data, the management decisions used by company management for acceptance is raised.

In a project deliverable it was required to integrate in a system based on 1C:Enterprise 8 work of 7 retail stores and a back office.

Specialists of BIT company together with the customer designated by project tasks:

  • receiving more productive system ready to scaling with expansion of retail network and the budgeting automation allowing to resolve in the future issues;
  • reduction of costs for broadcast of data and data analysis from different bases, accounting on several legal entities in one base;
  • connection to the unified information system of a retail store equipment in shops and in a warehouse;
  • cost reduction on section of accounting of sales on commission;
  • reduction of expenses on conducting regulated accounting.

For the solution of assigned tasks the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as he allows to create a common information space for work of all divisions of the enterprise was selected from a back office and has necessary functionality for further system implementation of budgeting. For automation of retail outlets the solution "1C: Trade Management 8" was selected. Besides, the BIT company supplied a necessary retail store equipment: scanners of a barcode and printers of labels for retail stores of network.

All works are completed within 3 months, a system covered 37 jobs in 7 shops.

The following sections were automated:

  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory control;
  • Wholesales;
  • Retail sales;
  • Commission trade;
  • Intercompany sales;
  • Regulated accounting.

Start of an information system was performed at the same time at the central office and in retail network. All shops were started far off, previously the software and a retail store equipment was installed there.

Before start necessary data were transferred to a system, exchange between 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 bases is configured. In day of start up-to-date data were transferred repeatedly, work in the system of a warehouse, sales departments and purchases began, upon data acquisition shops also began work. Within a week daily consulting support which was transferred then to weekly was executed.

As a result: 1. Costs for accounting of intercompany sales, thanks to accounting of several legal entities in one information system were reduced. Operating expenses on preparation of primary documents on transfer of goods between the organizations are reduced, and such transactions there can be more than 20 in day, in a system there is more exact reflection of transfer of goods.

2. Reliable accounting of commission goods on serial numbers is adjusted, preparation of reports of commission agents more than twice accelerated that led to increase in efficiency of commission trade in general on the company. Accuracy of the data, for example, about the location of commission goods, its status for calculations raised that allows to use in most cases only data of a system, without attracting primary documentation and other sources. For obtaining data on movements of any serial number of goods tens times less time, than leaves earlier.

3. Financial losses are reduced and risks of a lost profit are significantly reduced when pricing: the mechanism which allows to see all key parameters on the basis of which they make the decision on the change in price is provided to users. With respect thereto decision making process accelerated, the reliability of such solution increased, the number of the errors leading to financial losses or a lost profit owing to mistakenly exposed price decreased. At the same time control divisions (finance division, the management) had an opportunity to control the selling prices and volumes of the provided discounts, expediency of their providing.

4. The efficiency of a warehouse which accepts all goods and performs distribution functions grew by 15%. The chain is automated: internal orders – supplier orders – goods receipts – movements of goods. Acceptance of goods on serial numbers via the barcode scanner is organized, functions of loading of serial numbers from files of spreadsheets and generation of ranges of serial numbers in cases when numbers of goods go consistently are provided. All this reduced time for formation and providing to other departments of the company of information on finding of goods in a warehouse or its moving to retail chain stores. As a result order processing accelerated, users timely obtain detailed information on each unit of storage.

5. Costs on conducting regulated accounting were reduced approximately twice. All primary documents are entered once and further are automatically loaded into base of the central office.

Thanks to implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 are integrated managerial and accounting that allows company management to see a detailed picture of a financial status and to quickly make management decisions on the basis of objective data. Further implementation of the block of budgeting for increase in efficiency of financial accounting of the company is planned.
