The Alex transport company accelerated process of customer service with the help "1C:Enterprise 8"

The transport and logistic company "Alex" completed the project of automation using industry solution "BEAT-NOVA: Ekspedrovaniye", developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. For automation of accounting the 1C: Accounting 8 system was selected. Implementation was executed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company.

The decision on automation was made for the purpose of improvement of controllability by business and increase in processing speed of orders for providing motor transport to clients. The used earlier separated databases could not provide up-to-date financial information to the management, provide information processing rate and did not allow to perform effective business valuation.

In a project deliverable the company management received the convenient tool for control and business valuation. The new information system allows to create reports on cost efficiency of transportations with any detailing (the customer, the supplier, the type of transport, the direction, a type of service). On the basis of data retrieveds it is possible to count and analyze profitability of business, to reveal the most profitable areas of work (large orders, small orders, quantity), to make decisions for the maximum development of the selected directions. Based on the first months of work with use of a new system the number of target clients grew by 10 percent.

In a new system also account of the transport park of the company is kept now. To logisticians it helps to build the work plan of cars for the purpose of the maximum optimization of work of vehicles. Data on the diagram of load of specific motor transport, its loading capacity, parameters (body length, width, height, the brand) are available to managers to convenience of work with clients now. Work in a common information space allowed to structure work of all departments of the company, labor costs are reduced by 4 times.

Industry solution integrrovano with an accounting system. Accounting of the company had an opportunity of automatic formation of accounts, documents of implementation and receipt. Finance division of the company possesses detailed expense information on transport now. There was an opportunity to conduct and monitor processes of settlement with clients and drivers in necessary cuts, at the expense of it receivables decreased by 20 percent.

Implementation of an information system is executed in two weeks. Avtomatizrovano of 8 jobs.
