2021: Purchase of architect Zaha Hadid's building in Moscow

In October 2021, Trust Bank found a buyer for the Dominion Tower business center, designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid. This unusual building appeared on Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Street in 2015. The Dominion Tower Business Center is made in the avant-garde style.

The only application for participation in the auction was sent by Euromir Group. The asset was billed with an initial lot price of 2.5 billion rubles, the minimum - 2.215 billion rubles. The representative of the Trust stated that, under the terms of the auction, their only participant has the right to conclude a contract for the sale of the business center within 14 days after the publication of the auction protocol.

Initially, $71.8 million (5.38 billion rubles at the current rate) was spent on the project, completed in 2015, in 2018 the building fell into the hands of the Trust along with other assets of the Safmar group. The total area of ​ ​ the building is 21,475 square meters. m, it has ten floors, including two underground. They decide not to rush with the sale of the business center, instead, the Trust makes rental payments through its daughters.

After several years of corporate collection management, the cost of Dominion Tower reaches 3.2 billion rubles by the beginning of 2020. In 2021, the price of Dominion Tower falls even lower - to 2.2 billion rubles, but this auction is also disrupted due to a lack of applicants (only 1 company came to participate). As a result, the Trust decides to sell it under a non-public agreement to the only declared participant. The total price of the transaction was not disclosed.
