2021: Solution for subcontracted organizations
On October 28, 2021, the Formula Group of Companies announced that it had developed a solution "Automation of the sub-tax scheme" based on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management program to improve the activities of organizations that use subcontracting services when fulfilling orders from customers.
During the initial stage, Formula business consultants created a detailed business process map for the sub-tax scheme, taking into account legal and tax requirements, and implemented the corresponding document flow. Based on the prepared map, Formula programmers automated the entire process of the subdaval scheme.
During the work, the input functionality was refined information on the basis of the document "Order to the processor" to ensure the minimization of errors and to accelerate this process 1C: ERP in the Enterprise Management system. To realize this task, it was:
- An extension has been developed that allows you to remove restrictions on the use of items with the stock type "subcontracting" when entering documents based on the "Processor Order";
- processing of information input "Transfer goods," "Return of raw materials to the subcontractor," "Supply of raw materials from the subcontractor" on the basis of the document "Order to the processor" was developed in order to ensure the execution of the business transaction for the transfer of subcontracting raw materials to the processor and the receipt of processed subcontracting raw materials from the processor.
Thanks to the development of "Automation of Subdaval Scheme," it became possible to optimize the work of any company that uses the services of subcontractors and transfers materials to them for individual technological operations. Now such operations can be correctly reflected in the program "1C: ERP Enterprise Management," avoid tax risks and facilitate the work of accountants with documents.
