RED SOFT not only accompanies, but also develops the information system of the ministry for seven years. Thanks to the joint work of the state agency and the developer, six public services in the field of communications are provided on the State Services portal, and telecom operators can transmit reports to the department in electronic form.

The Ministries of Digital Affairs of Russia and RED SOFT, as part of another state contract for the development of the system, will continue work on the further digitalization of the department. Among other things, by the end of 2021, a section with open data will be created for the ministry's website to publish registers of numbering, certificates and declarations. In addition, more than 10 thousand telecom operators will be able to go from the website of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia to their personal account. To increase reliability and speed, all system servers will be transferred to the developer's operating system - RED OS.
