The company "Digital Mine" is engaged in the development and modernization of electrical systems and conducting a instrumental survey of electrical networks of underground electric locomotive transport, which allow us to make an objective assessment of the state of the contact network, supply equipment and rolling stock.

• Modernization and development of electrical equipment for mine electric locomotives
• Instrumental examination of contact networks and operating modes of the electric locomotive involves registration of the following parameters during operation:
  • voltage of the contact network;
  • load currents of electric locomotives;
  • electric locomotive speed;
  • electric locomotive traction motor voltage;
  • pressure in pneumatic system;
  • traction motor load current;

In the process of data processing, it is supposed to obtain static characteristics of all recorded parameters and determine the following additional parameters:

• power consumption of the electric locomotive;
• power consumption of traction motor;
• operating time of the electric locomotive on run-out;
• frequency of pantograph separations;
• state of traction substations;

As a result of the survey, after processing the data, the company's management will be able to obtain real data on the actual state of the electric networks and rolling stock of the recoil horizons, which in turn will allow us to outline further steps for the implementation of the mine rail modernization program.
