2021: Guaranteed food system CyberPower for bakery

On November 8, 2021 the CyberPower company reported about end installation of a system of uninterruptible power supply of CyberPower with a power of 60 kVA with the battery massif providing one hour of independent operation of the server hardware on "The Vladimir bread-baking complex".

The key features of bakery production are the continuity of the technological process and the inadmissibility of long-term storage of finished products. This has a decisive impact on all aspects of the business activities of the enterprise. Vladimir Bakery is one of the largest bakery enterprises in the Central Region with a daily production of about 120 tons and an assortment of products with over 160 items. A large number of production processes are automated and digitized, current technologies and forms of cooperation with customers and suppliers are being introduced. Continuous development requires continuous modernization.

So, in the summer of 2021, the guaranteed power system for the server room was updated, which includes 15 combat servers that provide production processes. For continuous protection and providing power supply at any moment and in any situation the industrial three-phase source uninterrupted pitaniyaCyberPower was chosen by HSTP3T60KE. The efficiency of this model reaches 96% in normal mode and rises to 98% in ECO mode. The technological approach allows you to reduce the thermal load on the UPS itself, which, in turn, reduces the cost of recycling the generated heat and favorably affects the system as a whole. In addition, the system features include an independent charger, a cold start, an EPO emergency shutdown port, and extensive system monitoring and control capabilities.

Among the mandatory requirements of the customer was the need to ensure one hour of server equipment operation in standalone mode. To fulfill this condition, the UPS was supplemented with a battery array consisting of 20 lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 200Ac each.

The continuous operation of this array is the responsibility of the monitoring and control system, rechargeable batteries BMS CyberPower (Battery Management Systems) which includes information the BM l00 collection and processing controller and the BP100-12V sensors located on the batteries. Battery sensors monitor the temperature, voltage and internal resistance of each battery. In battery recharge mode, the voltage is leveled between all batteries in the circuit, preventing recharging and premature degradation of each, JOINT STOCK BANK thereby increasing the overall stability and life of the battery array as a whole.

Thus, monitoring of each node of the guaranteed power supply system is fully automated and transmits information in real time.
