On November 9, 2021, Oxtron announced that Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty had built a comprehensive automated enterprise management system based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0. For management at the top management level, a target monitor has been developed that allows you to quickly monitor the state of affairs. Thanks to the tools developed, even at the planning level, the feasibility of the plan for labor and production resources is analyzed, bottlenecks are identified, management decisions are made. If necessary, the plan is adjusted. The production and assembly time of locomotives in production was reduced by 12%.

Before the start of the implementation of "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" 2.5 and the product lifecycle management system in JSC Lokomotiv құrastyru Zauyty, when planning production, it was difficult to manage batches, monitor the execution and delivery time of parts, organize the rhythm of production.
The integrated automated enterprise management system is based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2."
At the time of exchange with "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2," the data system automatically creates a complex technological process with a network structure of operations and nested routes. The system generates its own roadmap for each part.
The AWS has been developed to generate cut orders, which allows you to select the optimal cut maps according to the specified parameters for the requirements of the plan.
Thanks to the tools developed, even at the planning level, the enforceability of the labor and production plan is analyzed. Bottlenecks are identified. Appropriate management decisions are made. If necessary, the plan is adjusted.
The implementation of the system has achieved the following results:
- The time for manufacturing and assembling locomotives in production was reduced by 12%, which led to the economic growth of the enterprise with an impact on the future.
