2021: Reduced return time for primary documentation

The time to return the initial documentation of CJSC "Agrimatko" was reduced thanks to the "Scan-Archive" program. This was announced on November 9, 2021 by the company Gandalf (Gendalf).

With a large number of counterparties and intensive document management, it is difficult to actively monitor the return of copies of primary documentation. The search, processing and transfer of certified scan images between separate units took a long time. Preparation for counter-checks was a labor-intensive and long process.

The management of Agrimatko CJSC decided to introduce a software product that can reduce the time to search for documents and improve control over them.

A simple, intuitive interface of the program, allowed for implementation and training in a short time. Applying a barcode to instances through the program eliminated manual label manipulation. Employees of the company upload about 350 documents per month through the Scan-Archive every month, which is about 2,250 pages. The implementation of the program reduced the waiting time for the return of outgoing documents and optimized the search for the necessary scans. Control over the presence of a primary is strengthened and fully established.

Before starting work with Scan-Archive, additional customization was needed for the specifics of our company. This process has been debugged, quite quickly. GANDALF specialists trained our employees. All questions were answered immediately or after a short time. The feedback after all the settings and the start of work was also preserved at a high level - said Olga Pushkareva, deputy chief accountant.
