The Tulachermet enterprise employs more than 5,000 people, they are served by 14 canteens, the same number of cashiers and only 3 accountants. Before each visitor to the dining room, the cashier had to write down in a notebook: personnel number, name and cost of lunch. Accountants decrypted these records every day and manually entered them into the ARM KIS system, and at the end of the month deducted the amounts spent on food from the payroll.

The law on the OFD was published, and PJSC Tulachermet provided canteens with cash desks and connected them to SBIS Presto. Now, when paying for food, the employee receives a fiscal check. In addition to the mandatory information that must be contained in the fiscal check by law, Presto adds additional information to the check: calorie content, employee name, the amount spent on lunches per month. This is easy to adjust in 2 clicks, you just need to tick against a suitable indicator.

The company has a system of passes - employees are marked at the entrance and exit with magnetic cards. The client began to use the cards already available to the staff to pay for lunches. Now, at the cash desk, the employee applies a proximity card to a special reader, and Presto immediately records the order amount in the name of a particular person.

The company maintains personnel records in Oracle, and payroll calculations in ARM CIS. So that the amount "eaten" by employees is deducted from the salary automatically daily, the CBIS was integrated with both systems. For 2 clicks, the current lists of employees from Oracle are uploaded to SBIS. And from SBIS, the amount for lunches falls into the CIS AWS accounting system.

PJSC Tulachermet has been successfully working in Presto for more than a year. During this time, about 500,000 checks were broken, more than 2,000,000 dishes were sold. Now the customer no longer has to read lunches manually, all amounts are deducted automatically from wages and synchronized with the main accounting system.
