Unilever Rus switched to automatic verification of customer and vendor reliability using the Contour.Focus API. This was announced by SKB Kontur on November 15, 2021. The service is used by the agent "Unilever Rus" - "Inmarco-Trade," through which the company sells ice cream under various trademarks. Thanks to the service, Inmarco-Trade was able to reduce the time for concluding contracts, eliminate possible errors due to the human factor and improve the quality of counterparty data in its accounting system.

The establishment of counterparties and their verification now take place in three stages:

1. The questionnaire is completed in the application. To do this, it is enough to enter the tax ID number of the counterparty. It is automatically pulled up using the Contour.Focus API. The form of the questionnaire takes no more than a minute.

2. The application starts automatic verification of the counterparty for reliability (among the basic criteria: enforcement proceedings, court cases, etc.). Depending on the degree of risk, each counterparty is assigned a color marker - green, yellow, red. Red indicates a low level of trustworthiness, yellow means that risk realization is likely, green - everything is in order, you can cooperate.

3. A request is generated in the application. If the system puts a yellow or red marker, additional validation is required within the company, if the counterparty is assigned a green marker, the data immediately enters the account system. Thus, only those partners who really need it get into the security service for in-depth verification.

Any change in terms and conditions of cooperation with counterparties starts automatic updating of company data.
