GBUZ TO "Regional Hospital No. 15" (Velizhan district hospital) is a medical and preventive institution providing primary health care to the population of the Nizhnetavdinsky district at the outpatient and inpatient stages.

History

2021: Director of the Department of Health of the Tyumen Region received a presentation for the failure of the reconstruction of the hospital in Velizhany

In mid-November 2021, it became known that the prosecutor's office of the Tyumen region made a submission to the director of the Department of Health of the Tyumen Region Natalya Loginova and the chief doctor of the regional hospital No. 15 for disrupting the reconstruction of the hospital in the village of Velizhany, Nizhnetavdinsky district. To update the medical facility, 4.3 million rubles were allocated.

According to the All-Russian Popular Front, the deadlines for the delivery of work were constantly changing. Back in November 2020, the contractor was supposed to complete the preparation of design estimates, but the matter did not move further than the survey work. As a result, the contract with the contractor was terminated, but this happened only in September 2021. The contractor and the customer have their own views on the reasons that led to the failure of the reconstruction of the medical institution, the organization noted.

We are seriously afraid that our hospital may be closed and put instead of it a feldsher-midwife station. A few years ago, we still had a fluorography office, but then it was liquidated. Now there is a problem with medical personnel: they are not enough, "said local resident Irina Ezovchuk during a meeting with social activists.

The prosecutor's audit established facts of violation of the deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations under the agreement concluded within the framework of the state program of the Tyumen region "Development of Health Care." The chief physician of the Regional Hospital No. 15 was informed about the elimination of violations of the law. However, Anatoly Smolyarenko, who worked in this position, previously quit.

In addition, the audit revealed the inadequacy of the hospital with personnel, facts of non-compliance with the deadlines for the provision of emergency medical care, the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological legislation, follows from the response of the prosecutor's office of the Tyumen region to social activists.^[1]
