Portable ergonomic exoskeleton weighs about 3 kg and belongs to the category of lungs. The exoskeleton load is evenly distributed to the employee's spine. The device is used for lifting weights and can compensate for the load on the lumbar section when lifting and transferring loads weighing up to 50 kg. The anthropomorphic device solves two problems at once: supporting the body during tilts and reducing the risk of injuries. The exoskeleton is worn over workwear and attached to the body with special belts. The "frame" is as easy to use as possible, after a single adjustment to individual features, the employee can perform the usual operations after 15 minutes.

According to Magnit, the exoskeleton being tested refers to passive-type solutions and does not require power sources: it works due to the accumulation and recoil of energy without servo motors, hydraulics and electrics. With the help of gravity, the worker himself "charges" the device to then lift the load. The solution is wear-resistant and is protected against dust, moisture, temperature differences and humidity.

The Magnit infrastructure for November 2021 includes 45 distribution centers where products are received, selected, stored and shipped.
