2021: Modernization of the fleet of copy-and-print equipment

On November 18, 2021, the company X-Com announced the completion of a project to modernize the fleet of copying and printing equipment of the State Budgetary General Education Institution. Moscow "School No. 1506" Dozens have been introduced into the customer's network. MFP

The specialists of the project team analyzed the working processes of the institution and the structure of document flow between the employees of the institution and external counterparties. It was also to conduct an audit of the fleet of current copying and printing equipment.

The data obtained made it possible to identify obsolete and technically worn-out MFIs and printers to be replaced and to formulate technical and functional requirements for equipment. It was recommended that the customer replace obsolete and non-compliant equipment with the current HP LaserJet Pro M426dn MFIs. As part of the project, the equipment was delivered and connected to the local network of the school.

The HP LaserJet Pro M426fdn Laser PLF is easily located in a limited office space. High printing speed (up to 38 pages per minute) is provided by a laser cartridge developed based on JetIntelligence technology. The device is controlled through a 3 "functional color LCD touch screen.

The selection of the contractor was based on the analysis of commercial proposals of Russian system integrators, software and hardware suppliers and peripheral equipment. Preference was given to X-Com, which offered the best conditions for the delivery of equipment and work. The project has been executed in accordance with the contract terms of equipment delivery and scope of work.
