Project Goals and Objectives

• Creation and implementation of the Unified Centralized Information System of the Nizhny Novgorod City Ministry of Accounting and Reporting (ECIS).
• Ensuring centralized accounting and reporting, control of accounting and reporting, prompt receipt of complete information for each state institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Municipal District.

Situation before the start of the project

Before the creation of the ECIS, accounting in the institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the city Nizhny Novgorod was carried out piecemeal, in various products "" and 1C third-party software products. The exchange of information between executive bodies of state power and subordinate institutions was not prompt and was carried out through paper-based documents. Centralized accounting and reporting was significantly hampered.

Project Results

The project was implemented by a group of companies. High-performance teamwork has yielded significant results:

• Ensuring a transparent information environment for conducting financial and economic activities of institutions of the Nizhny Novgorod District.
• Unification of accounting account and reporting.
• Reduced maintenance and support costs for accounting and reporting software.
• Improvement of efficiency and quality of budget processes execution, in particular, related to accounting and reporting.
• Optimization of expenses of Nizhny Novgorod Municipal District for maintenance of various systems, subsystems built on various software solutions, maintenance and support of accounting and reporting software.
• Optimization of the activities of employees of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional District by ensuring the principle of one-time data entry.
• Optimization of the storage of official and reporting information used by the institutions of the Nizhny Novgorod Municipal District in accounting.
• Improving the quality of information support to the institutions of the Nizhny Novgorod City District during their accounting and reporting.

Work carried out

• Install and launch the 1C: Fresh cloud service.
• Technical design and creation of regulations.
• System administration.
• Administration: cloud service 1C Fresh.
• Update configurations to include integrations with external systems.

The project has been completed with a partner.
