2021: Papaya Global Bought NickNack
The Israeli company Papaya Global on November 17, 2021 announced the acquisition of a platform for remote operation of the NickNack. This deal marked the exit of the Russian Digital Horizon from the capital of the sold startup.
According to a press release, the acquisition strategically improves Papaya's technology solution for fast-growing companies that face the challenge of adapting employees in remote locations and integrating them into rapidly changing teams.

The acquisition came after Papaya completed a $250 million Series D funding round in September 2021, bringing the company's valuation to $3.7 billion, an almost tenfold increase from September 2020.[1]
