KORUS|SIP can work as the independent software product or as the module Infor Performance Management.

The system of investment planning provides the flexible tool for planning, maintaining and the analysis of investment projects, planning of the contractual company, accounting of actually signed agreements on projects, formations of investment programs and plans and further monitoring of accomplishment of plans.

Functionality of a system of investment planning of KORUS|VULTURE:

• registration of investment requests and formation from them of investment projects;
• project accounting of capital costs, accounts payable (AP), cash flow (CF), natural indicators, income and other indicators;
• registration of agreements on each project with a possibility of creation of the payment schedule and monitoring of payment;
• formation of an unlimited number of options of investment programs and plans with a possibility of vertical and ratio analysis;
• the configured regulations of approval of projects and plans;
• monitoring of capital costs of implementation of the project, monitoring of commissioning, monitoring of readiness of the project documentation, monitoring of the signed agreements, monitoring of income and other reporting;
• unloading of the consolidated data for the budget in a budgeting system;
• possibility of import of actual data on projects from any accounting system in the XML format;
• unloading of all data in Excel.
