2019: Digital assistant to a Nika employee based on the Personik platform
In order to increase the penetration of staff self-service services (the main difficulty is more than 60% of employees do not work with PCs and do not have access to the corporate portal), it was necessary to find an additional communication solution. For employees of Norilsk Nickel, a virtual assistant was developed - the Nika intelligent chat bot based on the Personik platform .
Nicky Creation Process:
- Deploying Personik on company servers;
- Set up integration with internal SAP HCM and ServiceNow systems
- Connecting the platform to Viber and Telegram using the API;
- Implementation of natural language processing (NLP);
- Develop custom scenarios.
According to the results of the project, Nika works in Viber and Telegram messengers, provides about 40 services: newsletters, information about seniority, salary, vacation and VMS, issuing personnel papers, planning business trips and watches, coordinating KPI cards, booking negotiations, ordering business cards. Norilsk Nickel information systems began to receive about 100,000 requests per month, 70% of the company's staff actively use Nika.
