Sberbank Leasing and Microsoft company completed the project of automation on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform. During the project the Russia's first complete full-scale solution for leasing on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform was created. On an utverzhdeniiya of the developer, a new system differs in the width of a scope of different functional areas and allows to automate almost completely all stages of transactions, including accounting and managerial accounting and customer relationship management.
When choosing a suitable information system the offers which are available in the market from the companies Microsoft SAP, 1C and some other suppliers were analyzed.
System implementation was implemented in three stages. Within the first stage which took about 2 years (2004 - 2006) the accounting module, the module of management accounting, some modules of document flow was implemented. Also support of projects was automated and the module CRM is implemented.
The third stage of system implementation which began now is connected with new strategic objectives of the company for the period from 2010 to 2014 and the approved plan of automation.
Now in the company all processes of accounting and management accounting, debt collection, personnel model are automated, the portal of the reporting under IFRS is created, CRM develops. Vising of documents, approval and the approval of projects, registration of correspondence, work on resolutions of the management are, etc. conducted in electronic form that provides integrity and transparency of document flow of the company.
In the 1st quarter 2010 the module of treasury is brought into regular operation, automation of the program of retail leasing is complete, basic system modules risk management are developed, events for improvement of the interface and ergonomics of a system for convenience of work of employees in a system are held. By the end of the 2nd quarter implementation of the universal business navigator of leasing transactions on work with a complete product line and the block of tasks of the manager who will provide methodological support of work of the front office came to the end. The company management within support of management decisions attaches great value to development of MIS (Management Information Systems).
As an effective quantitative index of implementation it is possible to consider practical lack of growth of number of accounting of the company and extremely small growth of the state of a back office in general at increase in volume of business more, than in tens of times. Besides, thanks to a new system duplication at data entry and preparation of the reporting was eliminated. Data on the transaction are entered now once by the account manager who works with this customer. Then these transactions given at different stages are transferred to different divisions of the company: accounting, escort service, etc. It should be noted that on a preliminary stage of the transaction at data entry a system performs about 150 checks.
Due to use of a single platform the company reduced time for support of the different systems and costs for the projects of integration necessary in case of existence of several systems. At the moment in the company the project of integration of a new system with the system of Client-Bank is successfully implemented. Thanks to it the come payments will be recognized automatically and carried in the system of accounting without manual participation of the user.
Time of audits and the number of external auditors of the company was significantly reduced. Now in a system about 250 people at the central office and 26 branches of the company work. Further development of a system risk management, including creation of the summary automated module of a financial analysis of the leasing transaction, development of the qualifier and the system of estimates of a portfolio of property is planned. In the long term development of the company implementation of a system of the centralized underwriting of projects is provided. As development of the debt collection system it is going to automate the Calendar of troubled assets. Will gain further development the CRM companies. The Insurance of Leasing Transactions block will be significantly modified and expanded. The strategic task determines a problem of development of MIS. Based on the Personnel and Salary block the portal of HR department is developed. Automation of the Tax accounting block is planned. Further development will be gained also by the program of improvement of the interface and ergonomics of a system. The electronic archive of leasing transactions will be in full created. The information portal on work in a system is developed.
