2021: Use of mobile transceiver complex

The state corporation Roskosmos"" provides operational provision of data DHS EMERCOM of Russia obtained through the use of, among other things, Mobile Transceiver Complex (PCMS) which is part of. Unified geographically distributed information system DHS The operation of the complex on the instructions of Roscosmos is provided by the holding "" (Russian space systems RKS, part of the State Corporation "Roscosmos"). This was reported to the RCS on November 25, 2021.

The IPPC was delivered to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) by a joint decision of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and the State Corporation Roscosmos in 2019, and completed the second season of work on the reception and processing of DZZ data during space monitoring of flood and forest fire situations in the region. Its use has minimized, and in some cases prevented, the negative effects of natural emergencies.

The main functions of a complex - formation and issue of requests for carrying out shooting from spacecrafts of remote sensing Lands (DZZ), their automated processing, reception, satellite information exchange data through - satellites repeaters, demodulation, decoding, recovery of personnel structure and registration of the accepted information.

We evaluate the experience of operating the IPPC positively. The speed of receiving data from the DHS by its technical means is no more than 24 hours from the moment of survey. Thanks to the professionalism and skills of the employees of the Research Institute of Technical Research, the work of the complex was brought to automatism, which made it possible to avoid emergency situations,
noted Konstantin Tarasov, senior engineer of the process automation department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

High-density space images of the destruction of ice fields on rivers, obtained using MPPK, made it possible to take timely preventive measures and prevent flooding of settlements during the spring flood.

During the forest fire season, space imagery was used to simulate the spread of natural fires and smoke to predict a possible threat to settlements. So, satellite data performed in quasi-real time helped build a model of fire movement near the village of Basya-Kuyol of the Mountain Ulus, which made it possible to timely increase the grouping of forces and means to eliminate this focus.

In 2022, it is planned to continue using the IPPC to solve the task of quickly receiving and processing DHS data during space monitoring of the flood and forest fire situation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
