About Materik hypermarket
"Continent" - the hypermarket of the DIY format, largest in Republic of Belarus. It is located in Minsk and belongs to Ernis company.

Implementation of the reliable, functional and productive information system having a powerful data exchange system.
Project Progress
Thanks to high readiness of basic system configuration of AVARDA for work in networks of a DIY segment, automation of hypermarket was carried out to short terms. The main part of project works consisted in setup of a system under specifics of the Belarusian legislation: in a system amount-based accounting, accounting of the sales taxes, features of work including VAT, rounding of the amounts, control of the maximum margin was finished. For data transfer from an old system in new special algorithms of import were used that significantly accelerated process accomplishment.
Results of system implementation of AVARDA.RetailNetwork for DIY
Using the AVARDA system the back-office and front-office of Continent and also head office of Ernis company is completely automated.
Now, using systems capabilities of AVARDA.RetailNetwork for DIY, the staff of hypermarket works with price lists, creates orders, performs goods acceptance from the supplier and from the central warehouse. The industry ERP solution completely maintains specifics of trade in construction and finishing materials: allows to make change of packaging and a complete set, to use soft checks in work, to sell not only piece, but also measured goods, to apply technology of barcoding. Legal entities can pay purchases for bank transfer.
With system implementation of AVARDA.RetailNetwork for DIY in Materik hypermarket there was an opportunity to carry out revaluation during the working day and to execute other business processes which were not supported by the old automation system. The implemented solution has the reliable system of the replication providing relevance of data within 3-10 minutes. Now the office almost online obtains the complete information about sales with detailing till a line of the cash voucher that allows to carry out the detailed analysis and to react quickly to any changes.
