2021: KT Center Network Launch

At the end of November 2021, it became known about the launch of a new network of computer tomography centers in Russia. It was called "Novoskan."

This is a project of Yevgeny Friedman, the owner of the Phoenix group of companies engaged in outsourcing ambulances (NSR). The first center "Novoskan" was launched in Sarapul (Udmurt Republic). Investments in the launch of the project amounted to about 40 million rubles.

The capacity of the CT center in Sarapul allows you to conduct about 40-80 studies per day, including depending on the epidemiological situation. Services in Novoskan will be provided only under the compulsory medical insurance policy.

We have placed the center inside the state health care institution, and the main task is to provide medical services for the attached territory, including for inpatients of the Sarapul city hospital, "said Yevgeny Fridman.

The center is managed by Novoskan-Udmurtia LLC. According to the SPARK-Interfax system, the company was registered in November 2020 in Izhevsk, Evgeny Kazanovsky is the owner and general director of the company.

According to Friedman, in the next three years it is planned to open 100 CT centers in different regions, including in the Perm Territory. Total attachments to the project are not disclosed.

Companies from the Phoenix group are engaged in transport outsourcing of ambulances in Perm under the Novoskor brand. Evgeny Fridman's companies also provide ambulance transport services in Yekaterinburg, Ufa and Samara and other regions of Russia (by November 2021).

During 2022, in Udmurtia, Phoenix Group of Companies plans to launch up to six Novoskan centers. One of them will open on the basis of City Hospital No. 9 in Izhevsk in the first quarter of 2022[1]
