MFC Belgorod region

The State Autonomous Institution of the Belgorod Region "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services" was created in order to improve the quality and accessibility of the provision of state and municipal services in the Belgorod Region. Areas of work of the organization:

• organization of the provision of state and municipal services, including in electronic form, on the principle of "one window" without the participation of the applicant in accordance with regulatory legal acts and an agreement on interaction;
• Raising the awareness of applicants about the procedure, methods and conditions for obtaining state and municipal services;
• creating comfortable conditions for the population to receive state and municipal services;
• concluding agreements on cooperation with territorial bodies of federal executive bodies, bodies of state extra-budgetary funds (in the absence of territorial bodies or in the case of lack of authority for territorial bodies to conclude agreements - by the federal executive body, body of the state non-budgetary fund), state authorities of the Belgorod region, local authorities, joint-stock company "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises";
• organization of interaction with other multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services located in the Belgorod region.
