2021: Service Creation
At the end of November 2021, it became known about the creation in Russia of a state service designed to store the achievements of schoolchildren for admission to the university. It will be called the "Verified Applicant Portfolio," said Dmitry Afanasyev, deputy head of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
According to him, the service, which will allow you to refuse to confirm achievements in paper form when entering universities, should earn by 2023. In 2021, the project was already partially implemented and tested, he said at the commission of the General Council of United Russia on education and science.
This project has long been discussed in the expert community. It is part of the global work within the framework of the development of the digital educational environment, embedded in the national project "Education."
Earlier, the head Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev in an interview TASS reported that in Russia it is planned to create a resource "My Successes," where the achievements of the student will be accumulated and his digital portrait will be formed, which universities will be able to take into account when enrolling along with the results USE of the Olympiads.
In September 2021, a service became available for Moscow schoolchildren, where their educational results and other achievements are stored. The data are divided into four categories: "Study," "Science," "Sport" and "Creativity." It reflects the success of the child in study, scientific competitions, sports competitions, olympiads, project, research and creative activities.
At the same time, the student himself will be able to share them online. You can send this information not only to friends and teachers, but also to other schools, colleges and universities for admission.
An applicant's portfolio is a folder or electronic document in which a graduate saves all information about his achievements in the public, educational, sports and creative fields.[1]
