Gastronom (1C: Retail)

At automation of the Saratov shop "Gastronom" the uncommon task - to automate activity of shop and the cafe working at it, i.e. to provide the equipment and the software both for trade management, and for the organization of a public catering was set for specialists of BIT.

To automate work of cafe at Gastronom shop, our specialists implemented specialized software products for work of back-and front-office, calculation of dishes, implementation control, etc. For conducting operational accounting the 1C: Retail 8 program allowing to automate sales management, warehouse stocks, to carry out price analysis and to manage price policy, to conduct monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity is selected from shop, obtaining operational data on sales. The program was installed on 9 jobs of cashiers.

Registration of sales on nine points of sale is performed by means of fiscal registrars Felix-RK with DS-2055 strongboxes. Protection against counterfeits is provided by the viewing IK-detectors DORS 1000, and fast processing of large volumes of money – the Magner-15 banknote counters. Information from labels is read out by the multiplane METROLOGIC MS7120 "Orbit" scanners at the checkout and also the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 1203 and a data collection terminal of Cipher 8001L in a warehouse.

For acceptance of weighed out goods in large-size packaging in a warehouse commodity bathroom electronic scales of CAS BW-150RB were set. Allows to print labels with information about obtained from product suppliers a thermal printer of printing of the ARGOX OS-203DT labels.

Exact weighing of goods in shop is provided by three electronic packing scales of Massa-K of VPM-15.2-F.1 with printing of labels and four electronic packing scales of Massa-K of VPM-15.2-T.1 with printing of labels.
