1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization

The solution of 1C-VDGD: Accountingfor non-profit organization is intended for automation of activity of non-profit organizations (NPOs) of different type.

The following organizations can be users of this program: associations, funds, associations, unions, non-governmental organizations, self-regulating organizations, non-profit partnerships, labor unions, cooperatives, consumer societies, religious associations and societies, Bars, notarial chambers and other.

Functionality

The 1C-VDGD: Accountingfor non-profit organization software product is developed based on the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8 with preserving of all standard mechanisms and opportunities this.

The configuration of 1C-VDGD: Accountingfor non-profit organization has the following functionality.

Introduction of non-commercial activity:

• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• separate accounting of all economic operations on financing sources;
• the mechanism of automatic conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed (compound) financing sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source is implemented;
• possibility of control of a funds expenditure on financing sources;
• possibility of performing different charges / contributions;
• maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity"; its closing into the 86th account;
• an opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target Financings and Receipts" in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• possibility of automatic distribution of the amounts of economic operations on several financing sources;
• features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• features of accounting of fixed assets are implemented, accounting of OS and charge of wear is provided;

planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year) and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses is provided.

Reporting:

• specialized reporting of NPO:

Accounting test drive for NPO

Project Objective: receive opinion of experienced accountants and heads of non-profit organizations on the specialized accounting program for automation of accounting of NPO — 1C: VDGD: Accounting for non-profit organization 8 also to give a feedback to developers for improvement of the program, its more accurate compliance to requirements of NPO.

The 1C:VDGB company transferred specialized program 1S:VDGB to testing: Accounting for NPO 8. After testing the participating organizations of testing will be able at desire to purchase the program for 50% of its cost. Pavel Antonov, Director of Development center of drawing decisions of 1C:VDGB Group on the "Accounting Test Drive for NPO" project:

Within a month accountants will keep the regular accounting using these programs, in parallel fixing the comments in special test forms. The course of testing and its results will be widely lit on the website of the RNO Center. For detailed testing of the program 3 test drivers, accountants of large and experienced NPOs were selected: "Center of independent sociological researches", "Biologists for conservation" and RNO Center:

• Lyubov Kantor is the chief accountant of RNO Center;
• Aleksandra Berezkina is the chief accountant, "The center of independent sociological researches";
• Marina Vilner is the chief accountant of SPB of BOO "Biologists for Conservation".

Upon termination of testing the open meeting of accountants of test drivers with 1C:VDGB developers will be held. At a meeting there will be also other accountants using 1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization which will tell developers about the wishes, work-related programs. The accountants of NPO who are not using the program I will be able to obtain first-hand any information on a product interesting them.

As a result of test drive the public report on results of testing and the detailed technical report for developers will be prepared. The report will be available on the website of the RNO Center to everyone. The technical report will be transferred to developers who intend to make changes to the program according to the received recommendations.

In a project deliverable, to its end, users will receive the new added and advanced program for accounting in NPO. All NPOs which purchased the program during the testing period also will be provided with the new version of the program for project finish.
