The client is the main source of income of any bank, and the ability of the bank to provide high-quality service to attract new customers is always a great competitive quality. Lengthy checks, endless extra questionnaires for filling out and a mandatory personal visit to the bank's office often become negative factors, because of which the client decides to open a settlement account with another bank.

This software product Dynamika - Opening a legal entity and IP account allows you to perform all necessary operations to reserve and open an account mainly in automatic mode, and in just 15 minutes.

At the same time, all necessary security checks, financial monitoring and other procedures necessary to open a legal entity or IP account will be completed.

Of course, each of the banks has its own specific requirements for the account opening procedure, but the presented product is very flexible and allows you to configure all processes exactly as necessary for each bank in accordance with its internal requirements and regulations.

The process of opening an account through "Dynamika - Opening an account legal entity and IP" is as follows:

  • The product has a convenient and intuitive interface with many hints and transparent logic of step-by-step account opening processes - an application for opening an account can be created both by a bank specialist when a client contacts the office, and remotely, for example, through the bank's website
  • During the creation of the application, the system automatically sends a request to the SPARKContour. Focus Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities )//or any other external system at the choice of the bank, in order to obtain all the necessary data information about the client
  • After receiving a response from external systems, an account is reserved (booking details), a package of necessary documents is prepared and printed
  • And then the finished application is submitted for processing to the employee of the back office of the bank - the system has a mechanism for setting up the distribution of applications to employees of the back office, which the bank can change to its needs
  • The back office employee finalizes the request, fills all the necessary fields (highlighted by detailed prompts from the system), adds the necessary scanned documents, confirms the correctness of the client's questionnaire and edits it if necessary, while the changes are automatically reflected in the ABS online
  • Total - the account is successfully opened, and the bank employee has the opportunity to view a list of open/reserved accounts in ABS, as well as applications for opening an account with the status, processing history and all detailed information (for each of the organizations)

This product, like other Dynamika products, is developed on the basis of the intelligent ROOT platform Dynamika, which allows banks to make changes to the logic of the product themselves, without involving a vendor. All business processes required for the account opening procedure are set up in Camunda BPM, where you can track and change all the logic and stages of the procedure without making modifications to the system.
