The Krona-M production trading company completed the project of transition to the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system. The project is executed by specialists of Antegra Consulting company.

Earlier business management of the company was conducted on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. However its limited functionality did not conform to requirements of company management.

The implementation project of a new system is executed for the purpose of optimization of activity and increase in efficiency of business processes and also expansion of functionality of a cost accounting system, planning and budgeting.

During the project the integrator finished the mechanism of storage of the prices to within four signs after a comma, the special report form is developed for a warehouse in which the format of packaging and quantity of the commodity units which are contained in it is displayed. Training of employees of the client in work in a new system is provided

In a project deliverable in a single system production, accounting, tax, managerial accounting and also personnel records and payroll calculation are conducted. 10 jobs are automated. Further implementation of blocks of planning and budgeting which will allow to optimize costs is planned and to maximize the profit of the company.
