MegaFon has introduced the VK Process Mining analytics platform to optimize and accelerate its business processes. As a result of the pilot project, MegaFon managed to increase the processing speed of applications from corporate customers by 37% and earn an additional 60 million rubles. In less than three months, the business transformation team (led by Ekaterina Khritina, head of process analytics at USM Telecom) has been able to visualize a large-scale cross-functional process involving MegaFon's 32 working groups working in three different information systems. Using the VK Process Mining platform, the team was able to create an actual visualization of the entire business process, identify factors affecting the closing time of the application, and create hypotheses for improving business performance.

As a result of the project, the company organized a pilot zone for testing hypotheses, and then scaled changes in the process to all branches of the country.
