The flow of customers at the Getpolis site has led to the need to automate the process of creating, entering and checking documents. Getpolis management contacted GENDALF with the task of optimizing business processes in order to reduce the work costs of accounting and eliminate errors.

In accordance with the requirements of the customer, the developers created a prototype configuration using HTTP services based on the software product "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0."

The work of GANDALF specialists resulted in the integration of the Getpolis platform with the accounting system. The goods receipt document, debit from the settlement account, as well as payment orders are generated automatically in the accounting program "1C: Enterprise Accounting" based on data transmitted from the Getpolis platform. You have added the function of pre-checking documents by counterparty, which allows you to create scenarios for an automatic posting transaction. Accounting and recording of the procedures for downloading and creating documents allows you to avoid errors when working with information that is transmitted from the Getpolis platform.
