The Building Operation and Maintenance module was integrated into the plant to reduce equipment downtime due to unplanned repairs.

To integrate the module, the following works were performed:
- Visualization of workplaces was carried out - drawing the enterprise by sites (3D model).
- Equipment inventory has been performed. Responsible persons have been appointed for the safety, repair and correct operation of this equipment. The equipment was placed on the model of the enterprise.
- Existing information on equipment (passports, logbooks, operating instructions, etc.) was collected and entered into the program.
- The existing system of requests for repair, PPM and maintenance is considered. Necessary adjustments have been made.
- Customer's specialists have been trained to use the PPM module TOiR SVISITOM/.
For 12 months, the customer is provided with consulting support.
