2016: R-Style Softlab implemented information exchange with a web office of National settlement depositary
R-Style Softlab updated in the fall of 2016 a subsystem Depositary in the solution for work with securities and the RS-Securities V.6 derivative financial instruments, having added a feature for the automated data exchange with a web office of the corporate actions ("Nrdirekt") of the National Settlement Depositary (NSD).
The national settlement depositary carries out a planned software update by means of which there is an exchange dannymis clients of NSD and issuers of papers. Since January, 2017 the NSD is going to refuse completely support of present software Beam regarding implementation of corporate actions and to pass on "НРДирект". With respect thereto banks had a need for ensuring interaction with new service.
In a subsystem Depositary of R-Style Softlab was implemented by a possibility of the automated formation of data files in the Excel format with the subsequent their loading in a client part of a web office of corporate actions. Files may contain customer information and subclients of depositary of bank, about balance of securities on their accounts and also about electronic vote of clients concerning the agenda of a meeting of owners of papers.
