For less than 3 years, the number of downloads of the superapp amounted to more than 98 thousand, active users - 40 thousand. According to our estimates, the application is used by about 68% of households, given that in each family, as our research shows, one person uses the application. Activity peaks in app stores still occur during periods of new home occupancy following their commissioning. She recalled that the application was developed for all key audiences, including apartment buyers, participants in shared construction, residents of the district and operators of commercial premises.
So, for example, in the application, a potential buyer will easily view the catalog of apartments available for purchase. There, in a couple of clicks, you can book a property and apply for a mortgage.
More functions are already available to participants in shared construction - it becomes possible to track the status of the entire transaction from the moment of booking a real estate object, order an extract from the USRN, apply to the developer to extract the necessary certificates and even read news about the construction or already commissioned objects.

A101 Group of Companies on December 15, 2021 announced that it was updating its own mobile services as part of a large-scale project to create a unified digital environment in residential areas built by the Group. All previous mobile applications of the Group in the AppStore and GooglePlay have been replaced by a superapp - a single application with an expanded set of functions for all key audiences.
The potential number of users as early as December 2021 is more than 100 thousand people - these are apartment buyers, participants in shared construction, residents and operators of commercial premises.
From the point of view of a set of functions, a variety of target audiences, as well as the number of users already registered in our system, this can be called the largest launch of such an application on the Russian real estate market. The existing base contains more than 40 thousand apartments and registered DDUs, dozens of owners and operators of commercial facilities. Therefore, the key feature of superapp is a transformable set of functions. Also in the near future, MBM.MOS support and a franchise store will appear in the application.
Superapp was developed jointly with Domiland, one of the representatives of the Russian PropTech industry.
The real estate market, including residential, is confidently moving towards full-cycle applications, several large developers have similar solutions at different stages of readiness. This is logical: on average, a person uses 9 mobile applications daily, and mainly these are social networks, banks, taxis and other services. The developer's applications are not among them, since the purchase of an apartment is a rare event, and the presence of several applications from one developer in the upstore at once is more often confusing. Superapps provide a "seamless" client path, in which interaction with the brand continues a lot after the transfer of keys, so their number will show a noticeable increase from next year.
